Main purpose of the role
To coordinate all design information between external consultants and internal departments for new developments across Scotland, ensuring timely approvals and high-quality information flow. The role supports the technical team from site feasibility through to handover, delivering work to targets, producing timely reports, and verifying commercial suitability of information.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate design information between external consultants and internal departments.
- Ensure all approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Distribute high-quality, correct information to other departments.
- Support the technical function across site feasibility, development, completion and handover.
- Produce accurate, timely reports for the business and check the adequacy, accuracy and commercial suitability of information.
- Collate design information for procurement tender and construction issue.
- Provide live site support and attend development team meetings.
- Maintain health, safety and sustainability standards as per Keepmoat policy.

Skills, knowledge & experience
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in a technical new-build environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
- Organised and able to provide support to operational units.
- Experience working with customers and building relationships.
Education & qualifications
- Architecture/technologist degree or equivalent.
- Preferred registration with ARB/ACIAT.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
