Keepmoat Homes is a fast growing top 10 UK housebuilder that designs and builds quality homes. The main purpose of the role is to lead a team to acquire land in line with the region’s five‑year business plan, supporting delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities to facilitate growth plans.
- Identify, assess, pursue and progress potential land and partnership opportunities suitable for the business.
- Lead and supervise bid submissions and take ownership of legal agreement negotiations on projects.
- Lead and build a motivated and engaged team, developing team members to support business growth.
