We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our South West region at our Head Office in Bristol. The main purpose of the role is to support the overall success of the function through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.

The duties of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the department with administration tasks; including typing, scanning and posting
  • Produce monthly Sub-contractor KPI's
  • Assist with Pre-start Presentations
  • Order and issue stationary (Site/Office)
  • Update site plans weekly with sales information – monthly with build stage releases
  • Collate and format all departmental Pre-start presentations on to master
  • Archiving – keep accurate records of archiving providing boxes and numbers when required

Skills, knowledge & experience

We are looking for someone who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and friendly team player who has administration experience, who is creative and used to using their organisational and planning skills within an office based environment. They will be passionate about providing the highest quality administrative support, and a collaborative team player, with experience communicating with different stakeholders. Experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry would be beneficial.
