Keepmoat Limited in the North West region seeks a Land and Partnerships Manager to join the MCI Developments unit from our Wigan office. The postholder will source, assess and progress land and partnership opportunities to support regional growth plans and delivery of the business plan.
Reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director, you will lead bid submissions, negotiate legal agreements, and develop the team to maximise opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
