We are looking for a talented Senior Site Manager to join our Northstowe site in the South Midlands region. The role reports to the Contracts Manager and is responsible for safely and profitably planning, managing, and controlling day‑to‑day site activities to deliver the programme profitably, in accordance with company policies and procedures and within the budgeted cost plan.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and control all day‑to‑day site activities to deliver the programme profitably.
- Oversight of all development areas – production, quality, cost control and company care – ensuring profitability and customer focus.
- Lead and motivate the site team, including direct employees and subcontractors, to achieve objectives and develop their potential.
- Recruit the right people into the business where required.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds safety, quality and time schedules while staying within budget.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Take care of your own health and safety and that of others affected by your work.
- Adhere to Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Up‑to‑date relevant knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
- Experience in Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles – essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
