Keepmoat Limited in the South Midlands region is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Southend On Sea development.

You will assist the Site Manager and the site team to run the building project to agreed timescales, quality and cost, ensuring plots are finished to a standard that exceeds customers' expectations.

Essential qualifications include 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above and a Level 4 in Construction Management.
