Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Scotland region, supporting at our Northbridge development, in Glasgow. You can find out more about the development here.
The Sales Executive will work Thursday to Monday, providing a professional service to all our customers and potential customers, with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets on allocated development and contributing to customer delight.
The Sales Executive will support customers throughout the buying process, both in person and through phone and email. They will maintain regular contact by providing updates on promotions, build progress and sales milestones, while ensuring follow‑up procedures are followed and customer issues are handled promptly.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, they will help achieve targets, secure sales and manage deposits, liaising with banks, solicitors and estate agents to progress each sale to completion. They will also be responsible for opening the show home and ensuring the Sales Information Centre, Show Home and surrounding areas are always well‑presented, clean and appropriately signed.
