We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Environmental Health and Safety Business Partner to join us in our North East region, based from our Hebburn regional office with travel to sites throughout the region required.
The Regional Environmental Health and Safety Business Partner will collaborate with the regional leadership team for the North East to help ensure a collective vision that includes systems and compliance, but that extends beyond this to focus on people and behaviour to help create a positively reinforced learning culture.
Part of the wider Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, they will be influential, visible and be responsible for engaging at all levels of the organisation to promote and embed continuous improvement programmes envisioned by the business, working closely with the regional leadership teams and the central EHS team to drive and embed first‑class EHS management and assurance.
Key responsibilities will be to monitor compliance with all statutory EHS requirements throughout all phases of a development, and particularly the Construction, Design.
