Main purpose of the role Building on our successes in the region, we have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships Manager to join our fabulous Land and Partnerships team in the North West. We are aiming for high growth and continue to be extremely acquisitive, and this is an opportunity to join a highly experienced team and play a leading part in our ambitious business plan. Reporting into the Head of Land a creative and resilientindividualwith experience developing strategies using their initiative and negotiating skills. They will be collaborative; skilled in relationship building and stakeholder engagement with experience in developing strategies and strong negotiating and influencing skills. They will take a straightforward approach and be able to manage effectively across the different teams within the office.
