We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our East Midlands region. The main base will be from our regional head office near Nottingham (just off junction 25 of the M1), due to the nature of the role it will involve some travel throughout the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of cost plans for both the appraisal of development opportunities and land acquisition itself. Working closely with both internal and external customers, the successful candidate will ensure that all estimating work required to deliver the budget is completed accurately, and in the most efficient and effective manner to support the business plan.
The Estimator will set, agree, review and deliver targets, along with producing accurate and timely reports for the business in line with company-wide processes. They will identify, escalate and proactively manage all commercial issues, protecting the company\’s legal and contractual obligations.
