We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Liaison Manager to join our Customer Care team within our North East region. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate will spend most of their time at allocated sites, ensuring our homes are defect-free before and after customer occupancy. The focus will be on sites in the south of the region, including Teesside and North Yorkshire, with occasional travel to Hebburn.
Reporting to the Customer Services Director, the successful candidate will manage and improve the Customer Service experience for Keepmoat customers, supporting our goal to maintain a 5-star builder status and leadership in customer service within the homebuilding industry. Responsibilities include conducting quality control inspections across sites, liaising with stakeholders to ensure defect rectification, recording inspection results, and reporting outcomes. The role also involves attending and chairing weekly sales and construction meetings, participating in NHBC claim investigations as needed, and ensuring all findings are documented properly.
