The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Main purpose of the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us, based from our Head Office in Doncaster with agile/hybrid working, on a fixed term contract basis for a period of six months.The main responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be to identify the main impacts and efficiencies of business change across the organisations created by proposed and current projects in flight.They will act as a facilitator on behalf of the function and the wider business in resolving potential risks or issues proposed or caused by the change.

The successful candidate will ensure all delivery projects have analysis and/or process impact reviews included within delivery, manage business analysis reviews and workshops as required, working with suppliers and Project Managers to identify the impact of change and providing practical risk mitigation plans. They will work as part of the delivery team to identify business efficiencies and improvements, identifying areas of change created by the project including solutions or plans to manage change.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience within a Business Analysis role, preferably in a national organisation and be BCS/BPMn or equivalent qualified.

They will be astraightforwardcommunicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience of running/managing business process/analysis workshops.
