We just hit $100M in ARR. Strategic partnerships are central to what comes next. As Ecosystem Development Manager, you will open doors across EMEA and turn conversations with software vendors into OEM and technology alliances that put Keepit inside the platforms our customers already rely on.

About the role

Your job is to turn first conversations into signed partnerships. You will take OEM and technology alliance opportunities from first hello to signed agreement, with a focus on Northern and Central Europe, and help shape how Keepit grows across platform, compliance and AI/MCP ecosystems.

Team and scope

This role reports to the SVP, Ecosystem & Strategic Growth, and sits in our alliance team. You will work closely with the Technical Alliance Manager and the wider team. EMEA is your primary focus, with Central European business hours as the baseline and flexibility for partner and team calls across time zones.

About you

  • Must-haves:
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience in business development, partnership management, or alliance roles within the enterprise software or SaaS sector.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA partner landscape, particularly Northern and Central European markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and progress partnership opportunities from initial outreach through to signed agreement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with a globally distributed team.
  • Comfortable operating within a structured sales and partnership process including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and OKR tracking.
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Understanding of cloud and SaaS data protection, backup or adjacent categories.
  • Knowledge of the regulations driving partner demand: NIS2, DORA, GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Experience with OEM or embedded partnership models.
  • Background in a company scaling a partner program from early stage to a full portfolio.
  • Exposure to AI and MCP ecosystem developments and their relevance to enterprise data platforms.

About the team

Over 25,000 companies trust Keepit to protect their SaaS data, and every one of them reaches us through a partner. This team exists to make that partner network bigger, deeper, and smarter. We are a new Ecosystem and Strategic Growth team, built from scratch to put Keepit inside the platforms, software, and AI ecosystems our customers already rely on. We work on OEM and technology alliances, AI and MCP ecosystems, compliance, connectors, and partner-led growth, alongside colleagues focused on global system integrators and new regions.

The timing is good. In August we launched AI Truth Cloud, our vision of the sovereign source of truth that enterprise AI can safely build on, and partners are how that vision reaches customers. Much of this work has no playbook yet, and we like it that way. You will help write it, work directly with the leader building the team, and see the impact of your work early.
