About the role
KeepCup started in a Melbourne café with a simple idea: keep it and use it again. Today, we’re a global brand designing reusable products that fit seamlessly into everyday life, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support KeepCup’s customer service function across DTC and wholesale, shaping how our brand shows up culturally and consistently.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver warm, timely and efficient customer service with a view to improving processes, supporting day-to-day business administration and sales team support for the UK team.
What you’ll be doing:
- First point of contact for customers, handling phone and email enquiries with a friendly, timely, and helpful approach across UK and international markets.
- Own day-to-day customer service processes, helping to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist sales team with B2B onboarding, account setup, order processing, and follow-up.
- Organise BCorp & 1% for the Planet team and social activities.
- Organise office and support facilities management.
- Supporting marketplace operations, customer service and order support.
- Assist the sales team with CRM updates, data management, and process improvements.
What you’ll bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail customer service.
- Experience in HubSpot, Cin7 and Shopify is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A hold and solve, solutions-focused approach and sharp attention to detail.
