We’re looking for an enthusiastic RYA Dinghy Instructor to join our team from March/April–October 2026. Based across our West London centres, you’ll deliver RYA courses, youth programmes, and group sessions, while supporting daily operations. This is a fun, hands‑on seasonal role in a friendly, growing organisation — ideal for instructors who enjoy teaching, working weekends, and gaining experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
- Deliver RYA dinghy sailing courses for adults and youth

Experience
- Experience teaching dinghy sailing to a range of ages and abilities
- Previous seasonal or centre‑based watersports experience desirable

- RYA senior instructor (or ready to take the course now)
- RYA Powerboat Instructor (or ready to take the course)
