Internship Activities:
- The intern will be involved in studying strategies to increase market shares and beating competitors.
- Market Research and Strategic Analysis: Market researches will require knowing KOB industry and niche in the market inside out. We will be using this knowledge to form partnerships with the right companies and dealers.
- Glocalization: We are entering several markets across the world. The intern will be involved in identifying local cultural and social variances that we should optimize our solutions for. This includes managing a team to localize the copy of marketing materials, identifying culturally significant images to place within our communications and interfacing with local advocates and strategists.
- Marketing: The intern will be involved in developing brand marketing materials and contents for our local partners. Social marketing tasks will include managing an audience and all the channels we use to communicate our messages, engaging with followers and developing buzz about the product value propositions across the web. Marketing duties will also require a data-focused approach that can lead us to analyze different markets and figure out the best ways to optimize our strategy globally. Furthermore, the assignment will require following and interacting with strategic marketing teams to identify the best channels through which we should promote our solutions.
- Business Development: Partnerships are an integral part of KOB growth strategies and enable much of the traction KOB has been able to achieve in a short period of time. The intern will be involved in business development activities that will include identifying and managing potential partnerships, interfacing and pitching to partners by developing pitch stories that will be seen by managers from KOB Clients.
