Due to recent fleet expansion, Keep It Cool Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 2 drivers.
Vehicle Types
The right candidate will drive our full range of vehicles: 26t, 18t, 12t, 7.5t, and 3.5t. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
Work Schedule & Contracts
Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 0-hour contracts available for one, two or three shifts a week. Occasional night outs will occur approximately once a week on average. Night out pay is £30 per night (hotel provided).
Compensation
Salary contract at £30,250 for 40 hours with overtime rate at £15.25 per hour.
Leave and Benefits
23 days annual leave per year (January - December). Sage employee benefit package available. Pension contributions made.
Requirements
Recent experience of driving Class 2 vehicles is a must as is a current CPC card/qualification. Must be fully conversant with EU Driving regulations and WTD. Tail-lift experience is beneficial. Candidates must reside within 45 minutes of Euroway Trading Estate, M606. Must be adaptable, capable of working independently, reliable, hardworking, able to work alone as well as part of a team, and always polite and professional. Full guidance, support and training will be provided throughout employment.
