Support SEND Students in Leighton Buzzard – Join Keep Education. Keep Education is currently recruiting a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in schools across Leighton Buzzard. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rewarding, supportive role, helping SEND students to thrive and achieve their best in an inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
- Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans and activities
- Support students' emotional, social, and behavioural development
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment in the classroom
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet students' needs
- Report on student progress and contribute to the development of teaching strategies
- Ensure that students remain engaged and focused during lessons
