Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with national curriculum expectations
  • Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment
  • Assess, record, and report on pupil progress as required
  • Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school policies
  • Maintain high professional standards, including safeguarding and child protection responsibilities

Experience

  • Previous experience teaching in a UK Secondary school is essential
  • Confidence delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
  • Experience with supply, cover, or long-term teaching roles advantageous
  • Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply
