- Follow school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety requirements
Experience
- Previous teaching experience in a Primary school setting is essential
- Experience across multiple key stages or in SEND/EAL support is desirable
- Experience delivering targeted interventions is advantageous

- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet all pupils’ needs
