We are looking for dedicated, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis within Alternative Provision settings. The Role: * Supporting pupils who may face social, emotional or behavioural challenges. * Helping students engage with learning and reach their full potential. * Providing one-to-one and small-group support. * Promoting positive behaviour and creating a safe, supportive learning environment. * Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
