- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Provide support to students where necessary
- Report back to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment
- Follow all safeguarding procedures at all times
Experience
- Experience working with young people (e. g. schools, coaching, youth work)
- Previous classroom or cover supervision experience β advantageous
- Suitable for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals
