Keensight Capital is the leading European-based growth buyout fund specializing in Healthcare and Technology Industries. We are currently recruiting full-time interns to support the investment team in its pan-European investment activities for a period of 6 months starting January 2027. The position will provide the candidate with strong exposure to each step of the investment process from origination to deal execution and portfolio management activities. The candidate will be included as a true part of the team and will be highly involved in the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities in our two areas of expertise: Technology and Healthcare.

Day to day activities of the successful candidate will include the following:

  • Strategic market and competitive environment analysis
  • Target companies’ business model analysis
  • Financial analysis of potential targets: P&L, cash flows, cost structure
  • Due diligence reports analysis
  • Business plan modelling and identification of key value drivers
  • LBO modelling and return expectation calculations
  • Preparation of investment committees
  • Portfolio management (financial reporting, KPIs calculation, build-up opportunities analysis)

Prerequisites:

  • Masters’ degree students who are in their penultimate or final year of studies
  • Prior experiences in Private Equity and/or M&A
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as critical thinking
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • High motivation and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to combine working under tight deadlines with close attention to details
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Proficiency in English (additional European language is an advantage)
