Keenfolks is a global AI‑driven marketing and digital transformation agency working with some of the world's most ambitious brands. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, creativity, and data—and our industry is built on relationships. We are growing our London presence and looking for the right person to help us make it happen.

We are looking for a hands‑on, highly executional Marketing Manager to join the Keenfolks team in London. This is not a strategic ivory‑tower role—it is for someone who loves getting things done: coordinating moving parts, keeping projects on track, building relationships, and showing up with energy. If you are the kind of person who thrives on executing across multiple workstreams at once and genuinely enjoys connecting with people, this role was written for you.

London is a core growth market for Keenfolks. Our events, networking, and key partnerships are heavily concentrated here, and we need a local presence that can activate and build on that ecosystem day‑to‑day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Coordination
    • Own the day‑to‑day coordination of Keenfolks' social media presence across channels.
    • Provide direction and creative guidance to the copy/content team (working closely with our social media and community manager).
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice, timing, and performance across all posts and campaigns.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation
    • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign (or equivalent).
    • Support lead nurturing and lead scoring workflows to drive pipeline activity.
    • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure workflows are functioning effectively.
  • Podcast Coordination
    • Identify, research, and reach out to potential podcast guests aligned with our content strategy.
    • Coordinate scheduling, briefings, and episode logistics end‑to‑end.
    • Prepare interview guides and talking points to ensure high‑quality episode output.
  • Events & Awards
    • Coordinate Keenfolks' presence at industry events, networking nights, and awards ceremonies across London and beyond.
    • Handle all logistics: venue research and booking, guest lists, invitations, merch, and on‑site coordination.
    • Identify and manage award submissions to increase brand visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on key marketing KPIs across channels (social, email, events, podcast).
    • Produce regular performance reports for the Fractional CMO and global leadership.
    • Identify gaps and opportunities based on data and surface actionable recommendations.
  • SEO / GEO Agency Coordination
    • Serve as the main point of contact for Keenfolks' SEO and GEO agency partners.
    • Manage deliverable timelines, follow up on outputs, and ensure quality standards are met.
    • Bridge communication between agency and internal stakeholders to keep efforts aligned.
Who You Are
  • Is genuinely outgoing, social, and relationship‑oriented—our industry runs on people knowing and trusting each other.
  • Can work independently and take ownership without needing constant direction.
  • Is highly efficient and productive—someone who manages their time well and gets things over the finish line.
  • Communicates clearly and proactively, both internally and with external partners and contacts.
  • Is smart, curious, and adaptable—comfortable in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Keeps rapport quickly and maintains strong professional relationships over time.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Background in a marketing or creative agency strongly preferred; experience at a tech startup also considered.
  • Proven experience coordinating and executing events (this is non‑negotiable).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Comfortable with social media management and content coordination.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience tracking marketing KPIs and producing reports.
  • Experience managing or coordinating third‑party agencies or vendors.
  • Based in London and eligible to work in the UK; this role requires local presence.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with podcast production or coordination.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and agency management.
  • Knowledge of AI marketing tools or platforms.
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish is a plus given our global team).

London is not just where we are hiring—it is where the action is for us. Our key events, partnerships, and growth initiatives in the UK and Europe are all centred here. You will be embedded in that ecosystem from day one, representing a globally recognised brand at the forefront of AI‑powered marketing.

You will report directly to the Fractional CMO and work closely with global leadership, giving you real visibility and impact from the start. We are a team of people who move fast, take pride in their craft, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
