We are now looking for a motivated Graduate Purchasing Assistant to join our team and support our procurement and supply chain operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.
The Role
Working closely with our Operation Director, you will assist with day-to-day procurement activities, supplier communication, and stock control. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, components, and services
- Maintain accurate supplier and product information
- Support order processing, tracking, and delivery scheduling
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues
- Work with internal teams (production, design, and sales) to ensure materials are available when needed
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier improvement
About You
