The Role:
- Daily communication with clients
- Negotiating offers and tenancy contracts
- Generating new valuation leads
- Assist with property management
- Deal with day to day enquiries
- Provide professionalism, care and correct advice to our client.
The Person:
- Previous Sales experience advantageous but not necessary – training will be provided.
- Motivated
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
- Competence with making calls
- Hold a UK Driving licence & own car are ideal
