Keenans Estate Agents, one of Lancashire's leading independent agents, are actively looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our professional photography team. As a member of the photography team, you will be responsible for photographing and collecting the final details relating to the property before it comes to market. Gathering the information required to produce brochures of the property and liaising with customers face-to-face on a daily basis.

The role includes:

  • Photographing property in detail for use in printed and online material
  • Gathering asset photography for marketing purposes
  • Helping to prepare and style the property to achieve the best photographs
  • Collating final details in relation to the property in preparation of sale
  • Drawing up floorplans
  • Completing paperwork, as needed, with clients on appointments

The chosen candidate must have the following attributes:

  • Be self-motivated
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Be organised and efficient with time management
  • Competent at administrating your own work
  • Have a full and clean driving license

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualification in photography
  • Experience/interest in interior styling
  • Willing to work every Saturday with a day off during the week

The role offers a challenging varied role, with no two days being the same. This role offers a career for the chosen candidate to build upon. The ideal candidate needs to be prepared to go above and beyond for the clients to maintain our highest level of service, they must be organised in the busy working environment and driven to succeed.
