Keenans are a well-established estate and lettings agents and we have an amazing opportunity for Sales Negotiators to join our growing team in our Swinton Branch.

Responsibilities:
- Call handling
- Diary management
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyer and seller
- Cross-sell other services
- Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Requirements / Qualifications:
- A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.
- A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.
- IT skills: previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone.
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30; Every other Saturday 09:00-16:00 on a rota
