Essential Criteria:

  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
  • Over three years in a position working alongside adults with severe and complex learning disabilities or three years experience of working with a vulnerable client group or individual
  • Experience in a role requiring the leading of a shift and supervising (can be a paid or voluntary role)
  • The ability to demonstrate excellent ICT Skills
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a suitable vehicle (appropriately maintained and insured for business purposes), or access to another suitable form of transport that enables the successful candidate to meet the requirements of the role
  • Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)

Desirable Criteria:

  • Commitment to completing NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management within 1 year of appointment
