- Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (plus an additional 3 days following 5 years service) plus 8 Bank Holidays per year
Essential Criteria:
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
- Over three years in a position working alongside adults with severe and complex learning disabilities or three years experience of working with a vulnerable client group or individual
- Experience in a role requiring the leading of a shift and supervising (can be a paid or voluntary role)
- The ability to demonstrate excellent ICT Skills
- Full UK driving licence with access to a suitable vehicle (appropriately maintained and insured for business purposes), or access to another suitable form of transport that enables the successful candidate to meet the requirements of the role
- Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC)
Desirable Criteria:
- Commitment to completing NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management within 1 year of appointment
