Could you assist young people to build the skills and confidence to find, set up and maintain their own homes in the community? Keenan Recruitment has been retained by a leading charity that supports young people aged 16-25 in the community who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining their tenancy. We are supporting with three permanent vacancies for our client's Housing Services.
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week. Working Hours may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays and may change to reflect the needs of the young people.
Salary: £28,770 per annum and pension 4% of salary.
Essential Criteria:
- 3 years experience of working with young people in supported housing or similar environment.
- OR Degree in Social Work, Youth and Community Work or similar AND 2 years experience of working with young people in supported housing or similar environment.
- AND Ability to manage and develop a team.
- A full, current driving license with access to a car, insured for business use is required to meet the requirements of the post in full.
