The NHSCT are looking for 2 Band 6 CT Radiographers with CT experience to start as soon as possible at the CT Department, Antrim Hospital, Northern Trust, Northern Ireland with possible rotation to Whiteabbey Hospital Mobile CT scanner. There may also have one vacancy in the Causeway Hospital site too.
The suitable candidates should have experience in an acute, busy hospital setting, and have good experience of CT scanning including trauma. Must be available Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm, but regular weekend working will also be essential once entitled in the Trust. CT night shifts may also be required.
Criteria- At least 2 years experience in General Diagnostic Radiography.
- Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
- Current Radiographer HCPC Registration.
- Qualification in IV cannulation or willing to train.
- PgCert/Diploma in CT or willing to train.
- Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post.
