- Production of Management Accounts (full P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Posting of monthly journals including accruals and prepayments.
- Month end process of intercompany reconciliations.
- Completing quarterly recharge invoices, actively driving reduction in intercompany transactions.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
- Management of fixed asset register.
- Suggest improvements in control processes.
- Preparation of VAT returns and payroll reconciliations.
- Cash management, bank reconciliations and approval of purchase ledger and other ad-hoc payments.
- Assistance with the preparation of annual statutory accounts.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as required.
