We're working with a growing and client-focused accountancy practice, who are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join its Norwich office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio while playing a key role in team leadership, client development and operational management. You will be working closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, and will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality service across accounts, tax and advisory work within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
