Instead, we are seeking an individual who can help shape business strategy through insightful analysis, commercial challenge and forward planning, whilst building towards a future Finance Director position.
Working closely with the owner and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in understanding business performance, supporting strategic decisions and helping drive the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity The business has an established finance function responsible for the day-to-day accounting and reporting activities.
This role is focused on providing the insight behind the numbers.
You will act as a trusted business partner, helping the leadership team understand trends, identify opportunities, assess risks and make informed commercial decisions.
