We're working with a modern and growing accountancy practice, who are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its Norwich office. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of a varied client portfolio while playing a key role in team development and client relationship management. You'll be working closely with business owners, entrepreneurs and SMEs, where you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-quality accounting and tax support, whilst helping shape the continued growth of the firm. This role offers a strong balance of autonomy, leadership responsibility and flexibility within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of clients including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and advice
- Reviewing accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping and management reporting
- Delegating and overseeing workflow across the wider team
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff members
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes
- Supporting business development and relationship building
