Job Description

Position: Management Accountant

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Norwich with hybrid working

Are you a qualified Management Accountant looking for a role with real variety, exposure to multiple entities, and the chance to make an impact? We're working with a fast-paced, values-led organisation based in Norwich that's looking for a confident, commercially aware finance professional to join their growing team.

This is more than just a month-end role – you'll be producing accurate management accounts, analysing performance, supporting budget cycles, and working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive decision-making. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and presenting management accounts across multiple entities
  • Supporting budget planning and reforecasting processes
  • Carrying out detailed variance analysis and revenue reconciliations
  • Delivering accurate balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting
  • Preparing VAT returns and supporting external reporting obligations
  • Leading bi-weekly cash flow forecasting
  • Collaborating with Group Finance on systems and reporting developments
  • Supporting audit processes and wider business projects

What You'll Bring:

  • A professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least 1 year PQE
  • Strong technical understanding of financial reporting and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong eye for detail
  • Confidence to liaise with non-finance teams and present financial insight
