As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team and play a crucial role in driving their financial strategy and operational excellence. The Role: As Financial Controller , you will oversee the finance function, working closely with the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic business goals. This is a hands-on role where you will lead financial operations, deliver robust financial insights, and contribute their growth journey. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring strong systems, processes, and controls. Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, providing clear analysis of performance and budgets. Margin Analysis: Perform detailed reviews of project profitability, working closely with the Supply Chain Manager on stock movements and budgeting. Forecasting: Prepare weekly forecasts of key financial metrics to align with strategic objectives. Compliance & Controls: Oversee transactional processing, VAT, payroll, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring robust financial controls.
