Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Purchase Ledger, including coding and posting invoices, statement reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Assisting with bank postings and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Managing purchase order processing.
- Matching purchase invoices and resolving supplier queries.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts for the King's Lynn site.
- Monthly sales and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Looking after the finance tasks of a new start-up company.
- Providing cover for Sales Ledger and Credit Control when required.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a finance office.
- AAT qualified or currently studying the final year of AAT.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
