Keeler Recruitment has been engaged to support the appointment of an experienced, commercially focused FP&A Manager on behalf of a complex and growing organisation. This is a pivotal strategic role, partnering closely with senior leadership and influencing major operational and investment decisions at group level.
You will lead an established FP&A team, deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, and drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and planning to support the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain a robust planning and analysis capability that provides leadership teams with the insight required to manage, review and develop operations effectively.
- Deliver relevant, timely and decision focused financial insight to enable senior management to assess performance against strategic objectives.
- Own the tracking and monitoring of financial KPIs, translating performance data into clear narrative and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain high quality financial models that articulate risks, opportunities and the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead, motivate and develop the FP&A team, embedding a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
