Keeler Recruitment are supporting a respected organisation in the recruitment of a Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial 3 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a values driven organisation and support the delivery of high quality financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis across multiple operational areas.

The Role

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial support and insight to assist with effective decision making and financial planning.
  • You will be responsible for producing management information, supporting budgeting processes and ensuring financial performance is accurately monitored and reported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Budget preparation, forecasting and financial planning
  • Monitoring financial performance and investigating variances
  • Supporting stakeholders with financial analysis and decision making
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and audit requirements
  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of financial processes and systems
  • Providing accurate and timely management information to support organisational objectives

About You

  • AAT Level 4 qualified, part qualified or fully qualified accountant
  • Previous experience in a management accounting role
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively
