Keeler Recruitment is supporting a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Norfolk who are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the company's financial operations. As Financial Controller, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial processes. You will oversee management and statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls, while acting as a key partner to operational, commercial, and senior leadership teams. This position plays a critical role in strengthening financial governance, improving systems and processes, and supporting the business through continued growth and evolving operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
- Lead the annual budget cycle and ongoing forecasts.
- Oversee statutory accounts and manage the year-end audit process.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial procedures.
- Support costing, margin analysis, and financial performance monitoring across manufacturing operations.

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems capability.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement.
