Finance Trainee
Location: Norwich

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused and motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop new skills and build a long-term career within finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day administration and financial processes
- Reconciling data accurately and identifying any discrepancies or missing information
- Reviewing and maintaining financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve data-related queries
- Investigating discrepancies and supporting the resolution of data issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with reporting, data analysis and other finance-related tasks as required
About You
- A keen interest in developing a career within finance
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Analytical approach with the ability to identify issues and find solutions
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
