We're delighted to be exclusively partnering with Norwich Camping & Leisure to recruit an experienced Company Accountant. This is a rare opportunity, offering genuine flexibility, including school hours (e.g. 09:30-15:30) and adaptable working days, with weekend options available. This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll work closely with the business owners, playing a key part in the senior management team and helping to shape financial decision-making across a growing, dynamic business. The Role
- Managing sales invoicing across cash, credit and finance sales (EPOS knowledge beneficial)
- Posting invoices and receipts, and reconciling income streams including franchise recharges
- Overseeing purchase ledger, statement reconciliations, and payment runs
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing monthly management accounts, control accounts, and year-end accounts
- Producing insightful reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities to support decision‑making
- Managing payroll for c.50 employees using BrightPay, including pensions (NEST)
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Maintaining accounts for a property portfolio
- Producing rolling cashflow forecasts
- Supporting stock control and liaising with wider teams
About You
- Experienced in a similar all-round accounting role
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and BrightPay would be advantageous
