You\'ll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight that drives smarter decision-making, helping optimise trading performance, build robust budgets and forecasts, and evaluate exciting new opportunities. What You\'ll Be Doing:
Partnering with commercial and trading teams to provide analysis, insight, and actionable recommendations
Building and refining financial models, budgets, and forecasts
Using Power BI and other tools to drive automation, streamline reporting, and improve visibility
Supporting strategic projects from M&A opportunities to new market launches
Collaborating with teams across finance, operations, and leadership to deliver key business objectives
Presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board
What We\'re Looking For:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a knack for simplifying complexity
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plus
Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Experience in retail, consumer goods, or supply chain environments is highly desirable
A proactive self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively across departments
