Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for your next opportunity within an established and growing business?

We're working with a successful and forward-thinking organisation based in Dereham who are looking to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous accounts experience who enjoys working in a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail and is looking to continue developing their career within finance.

The Role

Working as part of a supportive finance team, you will be responsible for a range of purchase ledger and transactional finance duties, including:

• Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Posting supplier payments
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Processing employee expenses
• Processing credit card statements
• Processing intercompany invoices
• Supporting the wider finance team as required

About You

We're looking for someone who has previous experience within an accounts environment, ideally with some purchase ledger experience.

You will need to be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Excel
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team
• Professional and trustworthy, with a high level of confidentiality
