Working closely with the owner and senior leadership team, you'll become a trusted adviser to the business, providing the insight, challenge and forward-thinking analysis that supports growth, profitability and long-term decision making. With a clear succession plan in place, this role offers a genuine pathway towards a future Finance Director position.

The Role

With a well-established finance team already managing the day-to-day accounting and reporting function, your focus will be on the bigger picture. You'll translate financial data into meaningful commercial insight, helping the leadership team understand what is driving performance, where opportunities exist and how strategic decisions can deliver sustainable growth. This is a highly visible role where your input will directly influence business direction, investment decisions and future success.

Key Responsibilities
