This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Global Undergraduate Student Recruitment and Access team within Keele University’s Global Student Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. The Directorate leads all external engagement with prospective students, supporting them from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Under the Associate Director for Global Student Recruitment, Partnerships and Access, the team engages students considering undergraduate study in the UK and internationally. The team works with prospective students locally, across the UK and in selected global markets, playing a key role in raising the profile of Keele University and supporting informed decision-making. Its activities are designed to ensure students from all backgrounds can access high-quality information, advice and guidance about higher education.

The UK Schools and College Administrator will support both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Student Recruitment and Access teams to deliver events around the UK. The successful candidate should have experience of working in an administration setting, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to delivering a high standard of service. Experience of coordinating events or working collaboratively across teams would be advantageous.
