The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join our existing Steward and Portering team. These roles are crucial in supporting the provision of a high standard of cleaning, steward and portering services to all customers across the University, including our students, staff and visitors.
Experience of basic building repair and manual work, and interacting with customers is essential, along with the ability to use appropriate lifting equipment, PPE, and a willingness to undergo training as appropriate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team as well as independently, and a talent for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines are required.
This is a part‑time position operating 5 days out of 7, with 26.4 hours per week and flexibility required for out‑of‑hours and weekend work.
