The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective Sport Centre reception service and to promote excellent customer care ensuring that each customer that comes into the centre has a positive experience. The role involves engaging proactively with students, staff and community members and ensuring a high standard of reception service through strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
