This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated team member to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Faculty of Natural Sciences. The Faculty consists of six academic Schools and Centres. Supporting two of the six areas of the Faculty, the Faculty Operations Manager for the School of Chemical and Physical Sciences and the Foundation Year Centre, the post holder will support the respective Heads in developing and implementing strategy.
The postholder will lead a team of administrative staff, working with, and alongside, Professional Services across the wider University, to ensure effective coordination of professional services support for teaching, research, and other activity.
You will have substantial experience of working in a similar, senior role, experience of providing specialist advice and guidance to a range of colleagues, significant experience of budget planning and monitoring, experience of leading and line managing a team, and excellent communication skills.
